In the radiant embrace of a summer morning at the SelaMurša Gathering in the Swiss Alps, León and Mai shared with the participants the gift of grounding sounds and nurturing, flowing motions.
Especially outdoors, surrounded by nature, it is vital to cultivate awareness of what moves within and around us. Through Mai’s guided presence and movement exercises, the group was able to gently arrive at the place and within their own bodies. The musical journey León brought that day was both connecting and powerfully diverse. The group traveled through the non-verbal space, exploring the highs and lows within themselves, and were offered the opportunity, in preparation for the upcoming full moon, to release the old and make space for the new.
Kissed by the sounds and the sun, the participants then gently returned to the group in a peaceful closing. A beautiful sharing circle at the end uplifted the group energy and brought a wide smile to each individual. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU.
